Aging vs Future

Aging vs Future

Aging vs future takes fore sight of the choices I make that improve my quality of life today which will automatically support me as I age. I must keep my body healthy with exercise so I can stay active and more functional. Healthy food choices fall in that realm.

I’ve decide that since God speaks so many times in the Bible about the use of the oils. I feel he mentioned them for us to use to heal our bodies and live in harmony with him. It has my attention that I had to incorporate them in all phases of my everyday life.

Religious texts tell me:  I’m been created in God’s image and I’m “a little lower than the angels.”

I have a strong desire to do, create, or express something and long for divine discontent. It’s the Spirit calling me! If I answer the call, I will be guided and assured of success.

My growing older is not a one-way ticket to deterioration and inactivity, because I’m always looking for a new way of aging that is full of excitement and opportunity by combining the right attitude with the right actions.

How do I feel about my life experiences so far? Am I excited about my present and future? Would a change of personal habits, residence, relationships, health, career, or finances improve my level of happiness and prosperity? Will the choices I make today enable me to look back with no regrets when I reach 80, 90 or 100 or beyond?

Many people have anxiety about aging  vs future. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines aging as “a declining phase of life.” Many seniors are pushing the limits of their innate potential and loving every minute of it. Many realize that they have plenty of time left to live their life!

Many people, particular in their 40’s and beyond, feel like they’ve already accomplished what they can and there is not enough time left for them to start a new career, relationship, improve their health, or accumulate money. This belief will hit home for you, if on some level, you have given up on your goals or dreams. You may have a “why bother” kind of attitude.

I’m 73 years young, and I have huge goals and more energy than many half my age. AND I don’t plan to slow down any time soon. Having what I wanted always been easy to accomplish? NO, Sometimes I’ve had to step back to calculate what direction I want to take with my life.

After 44 years in a dead-end job, I’m ready to begin a new chapter in my life. I’ve always loved new technology after I got a taste of it while in college. I don’t want to waste my best days by staying out of the game for my next big thing. I want to live each day to the fullest and enjoy sensational aging.

It’s impossible to predict exactly how long I will live so why not live my best life every day of my life like I will live to 80,90,100 and beyond? Live your 100-year lifestyle starting today. It’s NEVER too late to begin.

Consider this that whether we like it or not, want it or not, most of us have the potential to live longer than we ever imagine. What the aging vs future looks like getting there is up to us. Make the most of it!

Who wants to go on this journey with me? let me know, please comment.
